This Month's Challenge

The photo below is made available as an exercise in trying to determine the problems it has and then taking steps to fix the photo. Don't know if it's salvageable or not, but let's give it a try. At our next meeting, we'll take a look at any results brought in and discuss the various techniques that were used.
